Used for Kaphavilayana (Expells Phlegm) and reduces pain in the flanks, relieves congestion, bronchitis and cough or as directed by the physician.

Dosage / Methods of Use:

Rub a layer of oil on chest, neck and forehead. Loosen any clothing around your chest and throat so vapors can rise to your nose area. Repeat, if needed, up to three times in a 24-hour periodor as directed by the physician.
