Description:

Relieves Constipation, Help ful in Indigestion (Ajirna) Reduces heartburn from acid reflux, Regularises bowel movements abdominal bloating and gas; aids indigestion, improves appetite and bowel movement. Balances symptoms of fatigue, or as directed by physician.

Dosage / Methods of Use:

Half to one teaspoon (2.5 -5.0 GM’s) of the CHURNA to be taken with warm water (25 mL ) once or twice daily or as directed by your Physician
